My hip was getting really bad and I knew it was only a matter of time before something had to be done surgically. When I researched Pilates in the area and came upon Susie’s site I knew she was my person! By the time I actually got to work with her, my hip was so bad that a hip replacement was the only logical option. Susie expertly navigated my failing hip and focused on strengthening my core and all the other muscles in my body so that my recovery would be easier. I started Pilates with Susie by bidding on lessons at a fund raiser. I am a senior citizen who looks to spend her senior years running a cow/calf operation. I have found Pilates to be a great addition to my routine, since it helps tremendously with developing core strength and improving balance.
